Welcome to Arrangie, where we make your vacation as hassle-free as possible. Before you start enjoying your well-deserved vacation, we would like to inform you about the terms and conditions. We wish you a happy holiday. Enjoy nature, peace & space!
1. Reservations and Payments:
a. By making a reservation, you agree to the applicable rental conditions.
b. A deposit of [percentage]% is required when booking to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than [number of days] days before the check-in date.
c. Payments can be made via iDEAL, as stated on our website.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
a. Cancellations must be reported in writing.
b. If canceled up to [number of days] days before the check-in date, [percentage]% of the deposit will be refunded. If canceled within [number of days] days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued.
3. Check-in and Check-out:
a. Check-in is possible from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
b. Check-out must take place no later than 11:00 on the day of departure.
c. Please let us know in good time if you plan to arrive or depart outside regular check-in or check-out times. A late check-out can lead to additional costs and should always take place in consultation with Arrangie.
4. Responsibilities of the Renter:
a. The tenant is responsible for treating the property and inventory correctly.
b. Any damage or loss of property must be reported to Arrangie immediately.
c. It is not allowed to allow more people to stay in the property than specified when booking.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance:
a. The house is delivered to the tenant clean and in good condition.
b. The tenant must leave the home in a reasonable state of cleanliness upon departure.
c. After departure, the house is thoroughly cleaned by Arrangie. A one-off service fee of €75 is charged for this.
6. Complaints and Problems:
a. Any complaints or problems with the property must be reported to Arrangie immediately.
b. Arrangie will make every effort to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
7. Liability:
a. Arrangie is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to the tenant's property.
8. Force majeure:
a. Arrangie is not liable for any delay or failure to comply with obligations as a result of force majeure.
