Our mission & vision

In the Lauwersmeer area, we have seen the trend for years that it is booming in the summer. In the summer months, there are many tourists, all vacation rentals are rented out and restaurants and excursions are full.

Arrangie wants to ensure that holidaymakers or other tourists can be found in the area not only in the summer months, but throughout the year, so that entrepreneurs will open their doors more often and guests will be happy to return to the area. As Arrangie grows, all affiliated entrepreneurs grow with it. This has advantages for entrepreneurs, namely that they are easier to find and bookable, but also for tourists who can arrange their entire vacation in one place including activities, dining at restaurants and much more!

Alex Jansen, a motivated Online Marketer who loves creative promotions and marketing. Alex recently joined the Arrangie team and previously obtained a diploma as an Online Marketer. Alex has never loved colors within the lines and definitely doesn't do that in marketing!

With an education at the Higher Hotel School and experience as an assistant manager at restaurant Het Raadsel van de Wadden, Mila has shown that she is the organizational strength of the team.

Arend Venema, the driving force behind Arrangie, is a passionate hospitality operator with a proven track record. With an education in Small Business and experience at renowned restaurants, Arend acquired Restaurant Het Raadsel van de Wadden five years ago. Under his leadership, this restaurant acquired a brilliant reputation.
